I Want to Speak Up Even in Uncomfortable Situations

Easier said than done? Speaking is hard! Teens with one mouth but lots to say. My way of talking that works with anyone, everywhere from school to SNS where precious connections exist. If talking to friends first is harder than shuttle runs, if refusing requests is harder than English composition? If you want to speak calmly without raising your voice when upset?
